Tejinder Singh Bobby, fitness expert, motivational speaker, and six-time world record holder in various disciplines, was the chief guest. Addressing the gathering at the seminar, organized by the Chardikala Welfare Foundation, Tejinder Singh Bobby said, “This is an inspiring and energetic initiative for the better health of youth, families, and society. It’s time to make the right decisions for your body, your health, and your future.” He took and answered questions from the attendees. He said, “Strength lies in health; victory lies in lifelong success!” He offered several suggestions for people to be serious about their health, including regular exercise, maintaining a clean diet and eating home-cooked meals, incorporating green vegetables, fruits, pulses, eggs, fish, and nuts into their diet, and encouraging young people to avoid alcohol and cigarettes, and incorporating physical activity into their daily routine.
Responding to a question from attendees, he further stated, “Fitness isn’t just about building muscles or external appearance; it’s a way of life that strengthens the body, stabilizes the mind, and builds self-confidence. In today’s world, with its modern amenities and advanced technology, fitness is essential.” Despite this, people continue to struggle physically and mentally. A major reason for this is the lack of proper guidance and the spread of misinformation. The growing trend of untrained coaches, misleading advice, and careless practices in the fitness industry has shattered the dreams of many young people. Therefore, it has become essential that if you want to get accurate health-related information, you should seek it from an expert only.
Foundation Directors Sukhjinder Singh, Aasteek Thapliyal, and Naveen Kumar were also present at the event and discussed health and fitness with all the young participants. Rahul Nirmaniya, Pradeep Aswal, Raja Sharma, Anuj Kannaujiya, Rahul Verma, and Rajat Chauhan were the main coordinators from the Foundation, who played a key role in organizing the entire program.
